Blogs and websites

Write the article once and Postfjord publishes it to your WordPress site at the time you set, with a title, a cover picture, an excerpt and tags. Ghost, Wix and Shopify blogs are in testing.

Your blog sits in the same calendar as your posts. Write the article in Postfjord, pick your site next to Instagram and LinkedIn, and set a time. Postfjord publishes it with its title, cover picture, excerpt and tags.

One idea, the same week

A bakery in Portland writes about its new sourdough. The article goes to the website on Monday at 8:00 AM. On Tuesday a Reel shows the first loaf, and on Thursday a LinkedIn post tells why the recipe took a year.

All three sit on one screen. Move the article to Wednesday and the week still reads in order.

What an article has

What goes to your blog

  • Title: the headline. Every article needs one.
  • Text: paragraphs, headings and lists. Web addresses turn into links.
  • Cover: the first picture becomes the article's cover.
  • Excerpt: a short summary for your blog's lists, up to 300 characters.
  • Tags: your hashtags become the article's tags.
  • Live or draft: it goes live at the time you set, or lands as a draft for a last look on your site.

Where it publishes

  • WordPress: your own WordPress site, at any web host. Sites on WordPress.com do not work yet.
  • Ghost, in testing: Ghost(Pro) and Ghost you host yourself.
  • Wix, in testing: the blog on your Wix site.
  • Shopify blog, in testing: a blog in the Shopify store you connected to Postfjord.

In testing means a few test workspaces can connect it today. Everyone else sees it once the testing is done.
