Pricing questions
Do I pay more when my email list grows?
No. No plan limits how many contacts your list holds, Free included. A plan includes a number of emails each month, shown in the table above.
Is tax included?
No. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe adds VAT or sales tax where it applies, based on your country and, for businesses, your VAT number.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly is about 25 percent cheaper and is billed once a year.
What counts as an active contact?
A person an automation replied to during the calendar month. Messages you answer yourself are not counted, and the same person counts once per month.
Do I need a separate subscription per workspace?
No. One subscription covers every workspace you own, up to the plan limit.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks silently. A post past the monthly limit is marked failed with a clear message, Connect and Invite explain the limit, and automations pause for new people while you can still reply by hand.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Account. The plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace goes back to Free with everything kept.
