Postfjord was an internal tool for our own small brands before it was a product. It is made for a business where the owner is also the marketing department.
A month of posts in an afternoon
Set your content pillars once (products, offers, people, behind the scenes). "Plan next week" proposes posts across them, you approve, and the month fills up.
Say the post, do not type it
Between two customers there is no time to write a caption. Press Dictate on your phone, say what the post is about in your own words, and Claude turns it into a draft in your brand voice for you to check when you have a minute.
Customers get an answer, even at 22:30
"Are you open tomorrow morning?" gets a reply from an automation with your hours and a link. A booking question gets your prepared answer with buttons. Everything else waits in the inbox for the morning, with the reply window shown so you know how much time you have.
One link for your bio and your counter
Your link in bio page on postfjord.page holds what customers look for: booking, the menu, opening hours and your newsletter signup. Print its QR code for the counter or the window, and make a landing page for this month's offer.
See what it brings in
Connect your booking system and Stripe, and Postfjord counts the bookings and sales each automation, email and page brings in. After a booking or a purchase, an automation can ask for a review on Google, Yelp or Trustpilot.
The whole team, one login each
Invite a colleague as an editor, keep the owner role for yourself. Everyone sees the same calendar and inbox.
Brand kit for quick graphics
Colours, fonts and logo in the design editor, so the weekly offer graphic takes two minutes instead of twenty.
FAQ
We have two brands. Do we need two subscriptions?
No. Studio includes five workspaces under one subscription, each with its own channels, brand voice and inbox.
What if a post fails while I am busy with customers?
Postfjord retries for an hour, then tells you why it failed in plain words and lets you retry with one click. Email alerts for publishing problems are optional.
