Something not working, or a question about how a feature works? Write to hello [at] postfjord.com. Include the workspace name and, for a failed post, the time it was due. Most answers go out the same working day. The help pages cover every feature and are often faster.
Sales and partnerships
Agencies with more than five clients, integrations, or a plan that does not fit the table: same address, mark the subject "Sales".
Security
Found a vulnerability? Email hello [at] postfjord.com with "Security" in the subject and we will reply within two working days. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before publishing.
