Questions people ask
Which channels does Postfjord publish to?
Instagram (feed, carousels, Reels), Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky and Mastodon. X is an add-on at $12 a month for 40 posts.
Is the AI included, or do I buy credits?
Included. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI drafts: about 40 on Free, 300 on Solo, 1,000 on Studio and 2,400 on Agency. No credits to top up.
Do I need a business Instagram account?
Yes. You need an Instagram business or creator account. A Facebook Page is only needed to publish to Facebook or to answer Messenger.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. Free includes one workspace, two connected accounts, fifteen posts a month and one automation, with no time limit.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, on Google Cloud in Belgium. Emails are sent from Stockholm, Sweden. Payments are handled by Stripe.
