You teach something people want to learn. Most of your buyers find you on Instagram or TikTok, and most of them are not ready to buy that day. They need the free guide first, a few emails, a live class, and then a reason to buy this week. Postfjord runs that chain from the first comment to the thank you after the sale.
Here is the whole chain, step by step, with what Postfjord does at each one. A fitness coach in Austin with a 6 week program is the example.
Step 1: a Reel where people comment a keyword
Post a Reel with a useful tip and end it with "Comment PLAN and I will send you my free 7 day meal plan." Schedule it in Postfjord for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube at once. Claude writes the caption for each one in your voice, from your past posts.
The comment keyword works on Instagram and Facebook. On TikTok and YouTube, say "Get the free plan from the link in my bio" instead, where the signup form waits (Step 3).
Step 2: a DM that sends the guide and asks for the email
Someone comments PLAN on Instagram or Facebook. Within seconds a comment-to-DM automation answers in their DMs with the link to the guide. In the same DM it asks for their email. Postfjord checks the address for typos like gmial.com and asks again if it does not look right.
They get a short email to confirm. Once they press Confirm, they are on your list. Someone who writes STOP gets nothing more from the automation.
Step 3: a welcome email series
The confirm starts a series of up to 10 emails, each after a wait you pick. For example: the guide again right away, your story two days later, and one result from a client after a week. Give the signup form on your link in bio page a welcome series too, so people who never commented get the guide.
Step 4: a class page with a countdown
Make a landing page on postfjord.page for your free live class, like coachmaya.postfjord.page/class. Add a Countdown to the start, a signup form and three lines about what people will learn. When the time is up, the countdown can show a message with the replay link.
Postfjord does not run the class itself. You hold it on Zoom or YouTube Live, and send the link in the email people get when they sign up. Give the form a tag like class-may. Under Contacts, filter on that tag and press Save as segment. The day before the class, schedule a reminder to that segment.
Step 5: a launch email series
When the doors open, write three to five launch emails and schedule them: doors open, a question from a client, a short story, last day. Claude drafts each one in your voice. A few days after an email, Send again to people who did not click sends it once more with a new subject, only to the people who did not click a link in it.
A workspace sends at most 200 emails a day, so a launch email to a bigger list goes out over several days. Schedule the doors open and last day emails early. The send screen shows when the last part goes out.
Step 6: a sales page with your own Stripe link
Make a landing page for the program, with a button that opens your own Stripe payment link (buy.stripe.com). The payment goes straight to your Stripe account. Postfjord takes 0% of the sale.
Connect Stripe under Settings, Apps, and Postfjord counts the sales and the amount for each page, each email and each automation. So you can see that the last day email sold 11 spots and the class page sold 4.
Step 7: booking calls
Some people want to talk first. A Booking block on the page opens your Calendly, Cal.com or Acuity page. Connect Calendly and every call booked from the button counts for that page.
Step 8: after a purchase, a thank you and a review ask
The Ask for a review automation thanks a buyer in their DMs and sends a button to your review page, like Trustpilot or Google. It reaches people who paid through a link from one of your automations, or whose email is on their contact, as long as Instagram's 24 hour reply window is open.
Step 9: video pages so AI can read your Reels
AI apps like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini read text. They cannot watch a Reel. Switch on Video pages, and each video you post through Postfjord on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube gets a page at your address with what you say in it, a short summary and the questions it answers. When someone asks an AI app how to start meal prep, it can find and quote your page.
What Postfjord does not do
Postfjord does not host courses or run memberships. There is no course player, no lesson library and no members area. Keep Teachable, Kajabi, Skool or wherever your course lives. Postfjord brings people to it and counts what each post, email and page sells.
Priced for one person
Solo is $39 a month, or $29 billed yearly. It includes scheduling, AI drafts, the inbox, automations, 10 landing pages and 30 video pages a month. Every plan has every feature. Bigger plans have more room.
FAQ
Can Postfjord host my online course?
No. Postfjord has no course player and no members area. It handles the posts, DMs, emails and pages that bring people to your course, and the button on your sales page opens your own Stripe payment link or your course platform's checkout.
Does Postfjord take a cut of my sales?
No. A buyer pays through your own Stripe payment link, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. Postfjord counts the sale for the page, email or automation that sent the buyer.
How many emails can I send in a launch?
Each workspace sends at most 200 emails a day today. A launch email to a list of 1,000 goes out over five days, so start sending earlier. The send screen shows when the last part goes out.
Can people book a call with me?
Yes. Add a Booking block with your Calendly, Cal.com or Acuity link. With Calendly connected, Postfjord counts the calls booked from each page.
