Landing pages and link in bio

Make a link in bio page and pages for one offer, class or signup, on your own address at postfjord.page.

A landing page is a web page for one thing: a free class, a guide, a launch or a waitlist. A link in bio page is the one page with all your links, for the link in your Instagram or TikTok profile. Both live at your own address on postfjord.page, for example sunrise-yoga.postfjord.page.

Landing pages are part of email. They are under Email, Landing pages.

Pick your address

  1. Go to Email, then Landing pages.
  2. Under Your address, type the name you want in front of .postfjord.page. Use your business name, like sunrise-yoga.
  3. Press Save address.

Your link in bio page is at sunrise-yoga.postfjord.page. Each landing page gets its own address after it, like sunrise-yoga.postfjord.page/class.

Your pages have an address of their own, so a problem with someone else's page on postfjord.page does not reach yours. Addresses in the old shape, like postfjord.page/sunrise-yoga, still work and send visitors on to the new one, so a QR code you already printed keeps working.

You can change your address later. The old one keeps working and sends visitors to the new one, so a QR code you already printed still works. Nobody else can take it. Postfjord keeps your five newest old addresses; when you change a sixth time, the oldest is freed. You can change your address five times a day.

Make a page

  1. Press Make your link in bio page, or New page for a landing page.
  2. A page of templates opens. Pick one. Tick Use my brand colours to use the colours from Settings, Brand kit.
  3. Press Use this template. The page opens in the editor.

The templates come in the language your pages are written in. That is the language under Settings, Brand voice, Language of posts, emails, automations, pages and link in bio. If none is set there, it is the language you use Postfjord in. Templates exist in English, Swedish, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese, and the list of templates shows them in the language your new page gets.

Each template has words in [brackets], like [Your name] or [$0]. They mark facts only you know: names, prices, dates and what customers said. Replace every one of them. The page cannot go live while one is left, so nothing made up ends up online.

Templates by goal

The templates are sorted by what the page is for. Press a tab at the top of the list to see one group, or All to see every group. Under each template, a line says what it is for, and small tags name what it uses, like Countdown or Booking. Most goals also have the templates that match your posts, described below.

  • Get signups: Free guide, Newsletter and Coming soon.
  • Sell and launch: Product launch, Sale or limited offer, and Sales page.
  • Get bookings: Coach or consultant, and Salon, spa or clinic.
  • Visit us: Studio or gym offer, Café or restaurant, and Shop or local business.
  • Events: Class signup, Event or workshop, and Webinar or live class.
  • Show your content: Creator or podcast, Shop the feed, and Support my work.
  • Link in bio: three link in bio pages. One is for creators, with your latest posts and an email list.

Templates that match your posts

Most templates in the list have the look of a template set in the design editor: the same colors, the same two fonts and photos from the same set. So your posts, your page and your emails can look like they belong together. There are more than 50 of them, for shops, studios, cafés and restaurants, salons, trades, creators, coaches and events. Each goal has several, like an intro offer for a studio, a menu for a café, treatments for a salon, a quote form for a builder, a retreat or a portfolio.

  1. Under each of these templates, a line names its set, like Same look as the Sage movement posts.
  2. Have you made posts from that set in the design editor? Then the line says Matches your Sage movement posts, and the template comes first in its group.
  3. The photos are free photos that Postfjord hosts. A page never shows the same photo twice: when a set has fewer photos than the page needs, it gets more of the same kind of business. Swap them for your own: press the photo in the editor, then Pick a photo.

Use my brand colours puts your brand colors on these templates too. Their fonts stay. Untick it to see each template in its own colors. If your brand has only one color and it is too light to read on the template's paper, the button keeps the template's own color.

A template never knows your dates. A countdown starts with no date, so the page cannot go live until you pick one. The time starts at 23:59, so check it too. For a sale or an event, also pick when the page goes offline. The text in brackets after the countdown reminds you where: under Page, When the page is online (Schedule a page, a block or a link).

Sales page sells one product, course or service: who it is for, what the buyer gets, what a customer said, questions and a Buy button. Support my work lets people pay what they want for what you make, next to your latest posts. Both take payment on your own Stripe Payment Link, and the tag Stripe payment marks them (Sell with a Stripe Payment Link).

Shop the feed works best when each post has its own link. Set it in the composer, under Link in bio for this post (Give each post its own link). In Creator or podcast, put the address of your video pages in the first link, like https://sunrise-yoga.postfjord.page/video (Video pages).

Change what is on the page

The editor has the blocks on the left and the page on the right, as a phone or a computer shows it.

  • Press a block to open it and change its text, photo or link.
  • To put a link on some words in a Text block, the line under the heading in Top, or an answer in Questions: pick the words, press Link under the text (or Cmd or Ctrl + K), type the address and press Enter. With no words picked, the word under the cursor gets the link. The words show underlined, and the link is counted under Numbers like every other link.
  • To give some words their own color in the same texts, pick them and press Color next to Link. Pick one of your brand colors, or the color square for any color and then Done. With no words picked, the word under the cursor gets the color. Default gives the words the color of your look again. Linked words can have a color too. Through the API and MCP, colored words are written [the words]{#e4572e}, and colored linked words the words{#e4572e}.
  • A link can be a web address (yoursite.com gets https:// in front), an email address or a phone number. A link that will not work gets a note under the field that says why, and it is in the list of things to fix before you publish.
  • To move a block, drag it by the handle on its left, or use the arrows. Alt + Up or Alt + Down moves the block you are on, or the open one.
  • To take a change back, press Undo at the top or Cmd or Ctrl + Z. Redo, or Shift + Cmd or Ctrl + Z, puts it back. Typing in one field is one step. Undo works for blocks you added, removed, moved or changed, for Look and for Page, until you leave the editor. It does not change the page address, which you save with its own button.
  • The bin removes a block at once. A note at the bottom says Block removed. for about 8 seconds: press Undo on it to get the block back as it was.
  • To add a block in a certain place, point between two blocks and press the + that shows up (on a phone and a tablet it is always there). Add a block at the bottom puts the new block right after the open one, or at the end when none is open. The new block opens, and the list scrolls to it. Escape closes the list of blocks without adding one.
  • The preview next to the blocks shows your page, but its links do not go anywhere when you click them, so the page you edit stays in view. A button that jumps to your signup form still scrolls to it.
  • The blocks you can add: links, a photo, photo and text, a gallery, a slider, numbers, pricing, reviews, features, a countdown, a booking button, a signup form, social icons, your address and opening hours, share buttons, your latest posts, your newsletter archive, a video, a list, a quote, questions or space. Latest posts shows your newest posts with a photo, also a post that went out on only some of its accounts, and a live page usually gets a new post within minutes of it going out, at the latest overnight.
  • Newsletter archive lists the emails you sent with their web version on, the newest first, with a link to all of them. A new email shows up there as soon as it goes out. Pick how many it shows: 3, 5 or 10.
  • Share buttons let visitors send the page to a friend on WhatsApp, by email, on X or on LinkedIn. Tap the buttons you want to show, and tap one again to take it away. Write a short message that goes with the link (the page title when you leave it empty). See Share links below.
  • Booking is a button that opens your booking page, like Calendly, for a class, a call or an appointment. See Take bookings below.
  • In a Photo block, Shape picks how the photo is cut: wide, square, tall or as it is. Size picks how wide it is: Full fills the width, Medium and Small are narrower and sit in the middle. On a phone, a medium photo fills the width and a small one takes most of it, so it stays easy to see.
  • Under Look, pick one of ten styles, change the colours, fonts and corners. Your blocks stay when you change the style. The settings come in groups that fold, as in the email editor: Style and Color are open, and More colors, Letters, Size and shape and Motion show what is set in a small tag while they are closed.
  • Template looks gives your page the colors and fonts of a design template, so it matches the posts you make in the design editor. There are 98, from calm cream and black to bold color. Tap one and the page changes at once. Press Show all to see them all.
  • Under Letters, Font pairs sets a heading font and a text font that go well together in one tap. Under them, pick each font on its own: Device fonts are the fastest, and Free fonts are the same 224 fonts as in the design editor, with search and types like Elegant or Handwritten. Use my brand colors also takes your brand fonts when the free fonts have them.
  • To use a photo, press Pick a photo for your own photos, or Free photos for more than 700 photos and textures for small businesses, many in black and white. The small picture on a row in Links has Free photos too. Postfjord hosts the free photos, so they use none of your storage. A free photo comes with a short description for people who use screen readers. Write your own under What the photo shows to change it.
  • Each colour shows your brand colours by name, like Background, Accent or Light blue. Press one and the page changes at once. Press Custom for any other colour.
  • To use an exact colour, type its code next to the colour's name, for example #1a7f5a.
  • Layouts, photo shapes, button styles and corners are small pictures, and sizes are sliders, the same as in the email editor. In a block, what it says comes first, and how it looks sits under Size and shape below it.
  • Open More colours to pick Boxes (behind the signup form, cards and links in every style, with text that stays readable), Button text and Links (featured links, and a link while the mouse is on it). Each shows your brand colours by name, like the main colours. Each one follows your other colours until you pick it. Press Automatic to go back. A new style resets them.
  • Under Page, change the address, the language of the words Postfjord adds, and what Google and shared links show.

Everything you change saves by itself as a draft. Visitors see nothing until you publish.

Make the page look designed

These blocks and settings give a page the look of a studio, shop or portfolio site.

  • Top with the layout Photo: your photo fills the screen from edge to edge and gets darker, so white words read on any photo. Under Where the words go, pick Left, Middle or Bottom.
  • Photo and text: a photo next to a heading, a few lines and a button if you want one. Add up to 6 rows. On a computer the photo changes sides from row to row, and First photo on the picks where it starts. On a phone the photo sits on top.
  • Gallery: up to 24 photos as a Grid of squares, as Columns that keep each photo's shape, or as a Strip people swipe through. Each photo can have a caption.
  • Slider: up to 12 slides people swipe through, one at a time. A slide is a photo, a quote with who said it, or a quote on top of its photo. With a keyboard, press Tab to reach it and the arrow keys to move.
  • Numbers: up to 4 big numbers with a line under each, for example 12 and Years teaching. Use real numbers only.
  • Pricing: 2 to 4 plans side by side, each with a name, a price, what it is per, what is in it (one thing per line) and a button. Tick Make this plan stand out on one plan to give it your accent color and a Most popular tag. A plan's button can be a Stripe Payment Link or your booking page.
  • Reviews: what customers said, as cards with their name, a line about them and their photo. Without a photo the card shows their initials. Use only words a real customer said.
  • Features: short points in 2 or 3 columns, each with an icon from the design editor's icons, a title and a line or two.
  • Background and spacing: open it under any block. Background gives the block a band from edge to edge: Soft (a light shade of your page), Accent (your accent color), Ink (your page's colors turned around, black and white on most looks) or Photo (a photo made darker, with Darker for how much; even A little keeps white words easy to read on a light photo). Words and buttons change color so they stay easy to read. Space above and below gives the block Less, Normal or More room. Two bands in a row touch, with no gap between them.

Photos load only when a visitor scrolls to them, and the pages stay plain and fast: no script runs for a slider or a gallery.

Motion

New pages move a little, the way studio sites do:

  • Each part of the page below the first screen fades in and rises a few pixels when a visitor scrolls to it. It happens once.
  • Photos in a frame, like your posts and slides, settle from a small zoom.
  • A photo that loads late fades in instead of popping in.
  • Pricing and review cards lift a little under the mouse, and a button presses in when someone taps it.

To turn it off or on:

  1. Open Look in the editor.
  2. Open Motion and tick or untick Fade parts in as people scroll.
  3. Publish the page.

You see the motion on the live page. The preview in the editor stands still. The first screen shows at once, so the page loads just as fast. People who turned off motion on their phone or computer see the page standing still, and so does a browser that runs no script. Pages you made before Motion stand still until you turn it on. Your video pages and newsletter archive use your link in bio page's look but always stand still.

An AI app or the API can turn it off or on too: send motion false or true when it makes or changes a page.

See the page full screen

  1. Press Preview at the top of the editor.
  2. The page fills the screen, as visitors will see it, with every change you made, also the ones still saving.
  3. Press the phone or the computer at the top to switch between the two widths.
  4. Press Close, or the Esc key, to go back to the editor.

Nothing is published and nothing is sent. Only people in your workspace can open the preview. Buttons and links do not go anywhere, and a signup form does not send.

Collect email addresses

Add a Signup form block and pick one of your signup forms, or press Make a new form. People type their email on your page and press the button. They see a short page that says Signing you up, and then get an email to confirm. Once they confirm, they become contacts with the form's tags.

With your Meta Pixel or Google Analytics connected, the form also shows a box that is not ticked, asking to tell them about the signup. Read Meta Pixel and Google Analytics on your pages.

A button or link can jump to the form: type #form as its link.

A form shows only on your own address. Opened under another workspace's address, it says the form does not exist.

In Social icons, pick Email and then where the icon goes:

  1. The signup form on this page. The icon jumps down to the form. When the page has a Signup form block, Postfjord picks this for you.
  2. Signup form with a form's name. The icon opens that form on its own page.
  3. Your email address. Type your address after mailto:, like mailto:hello [at] yourbusiness.com. The icon opens a new email to you.

A link you typed yourself stays as it is.

Get a green check on Mastodon

Social icons also have Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit and Snapchat. Every icon links to your own profile, and the link tells the profile that this page is yours.

  1. In Social icons, add Mastodon and paste your profile link, like https://mastodon.social/@yourname.
  2. Publish the page.
  3. On Mastodon, open Edit profile. Under Custom fields, add a field with your page's address, like https://yourname.postfjord.page.
  4. Save. Mastodon checks the page and shows the field with a green check, so people can see the page is really yours.

Count down to a date

A Countdown shows how long is left until a date: a launch, the last day of a sale or the day doors open.

  1. Press Add a block and pick Countdown.
  2. Write a heading, like The sale ends in. You can leave it empty.
  3. Pick the date and the time. The time zone starts as your workspace's. Pick another one when the date belongs to another place, like America/New_York for a launch on Fri, Nov 27 at 11:59 PM EST.
  4. Under Show, pick Days, hours and minutes, Days and hours or Days. With Days, the last 24 hours say Last day.
  5. Add a button if you want one, like Shop the sale with a link to your shop.
  6. Under When the time is up, pick Show a message and write it, with a second button if you want. Or pick Hide the countdown.
  7. Under Preview, press After to see the page as it looks when the time is up. Press Before to go back.
  8. Publish the page.

Anyone who opens or reloads the page after that time sees the change. You do not publish again. A page that is already open does not change by itself.

The numbers are right when someone opens the page. The time left rounds up, so the page never shows less time than is left: with 25 and a half hours to go, Days and hours says 1 day and 2 hours, and with 47 hours to go, Days says 2 days. The countdown keeps the time zone it was published with, also when you change your workspace's time zone later.

Only count down to a real deadline. When a countdown has ended and you publish the page again with a later date, Postfjord warns you, and the Postfjord team sees it too. That is the same when you swap in a new countdown, or take the page offline and publish it again.

Show your address and opening hours

The Address and hours block shows where you are and when you are open, with a Call button and links to Google Maps and Apple Maps. Above your hours it says Open now. Closes at 5 PM or Closed. Opens tomorrow at 9 AM. The Studio or gym offer, Café or restaurant, Salon, spa or clinic, Shop or local business and Event or workshop templates have one.

  1. Press Add a block and pick Address and hours.
  2. Fill in your address, like 100 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701. The street is optional: if you work from home, a city is enough.
  3. Add your phone number if you want a Call button.
  4. Check the time zone. It starts as your workspace's.
  5. Set the hours for each day. Tick Closed for a day you are closed, press Add hours for a second opening on the same day, or Open 24 hours. Press Copy Monday to Tuesday through Friday when your weekdays are the same.
  6. Under Special days, add holidays and other days with other hours, like Thanksgiving. A special day can run up to 31 days, for a vacation. Press Remove past days to clear the ones that are over.
  7. Publish the page.

Open now and Closed change by themselves. Anyone who opens or reloads the page sees how it is right then, and you do not publish again. A page that is already open does not change by itself. Hours that run past midnight, like 6 PM to 2 AM, belong to the day they start.

The page shows no map picture, and nothing goes to Google or Apple until a visitor taps a map link. The address is public on the page and marked up for search engines, so Google can show it with your hours. Leave the street out if it is your home.

Under Numbers, taps on Call count less often than they happen, because many phones do not report a tap on a phone number.

Each link in a Links block can show a small picture on the left and a discount code under its text. Visitors tap the code to copy it, then tap the link to shop.

  1. Open the Links block and the link you want.
  2. Under Picture or logo, press Pick a picture to use one from your media library. Or press Get the logo: Postfjord visits the website the link goes to once, saves its logo in your media library and puts it on the link.
  3. Under Discount code, type the code, like SUMMER20, and what it gives, like 20% off.
  4. Press Publish changes.

A tap on the code copies it and the code says Copied for 2 seconds. It does not open the link. If a phone does not let the page copy, the code gets selected, so the visitor can copy it by hand.

Get the logo works for links to a website. If it finds no logo, pick a picture yourself. The picture on your page is always your own copy from the media library, so the page never loads anything from the other website and that website never sees who looks at your page.

A code can have capital letters, numbers, - and _, up to 30 of them. Small letters become capitals as you type.

Give each post its own link

A tap on a post in Latest posts opens the post on Instagram or wherever it was posted. To send people somewhere else, give the post a link of its own in the composer, under Link in bio for this post (Composer). The tile then opens your product, booking or article, with the page's link tags. Under Numbers, every post's taps show on their own row with the start of its text.

Take bookings

The Booking block is a button that opens your booking page, for a class, a call or an appointment. Any booking page that starts with https works, like Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, Mindbody, Square or Google Calendar.

  1. Press Add a block and pick Booking.
  2. Paste the link to your booking page under Booking link, for example calendly.com/sunrise-yoga/intro. Postfjord says which booking system it knows the link as, and how bookings from it are counted.
  3. Write the button text, or pick an idea like Book a class. Left empty, the button says Book now in the page's language.
  4. Pick Card for a box with a heading and a few lines, or Button only.
  5. Publish the page.

Under the button the page says Opens Calendly, or the name of the system it opens, so visitors know where they go. Untick Show which booking system opens to hide that line.

Taps on the button show under Numbers. A link to a booking system Postfjord knows, like Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, Mindbody or Square, keeps its tags even when Link tags is off, so a booking can be counted for the page:

  • Calendly: every booking made from the button counts for the page, once Calendly is connected under Settings, Apps. Calendly shares bookings with other apps on its Standard plan and up.
  • Acuity: bookings count in the month's total, since Acuity does not pass the tags on.
  • Cal.com, Mindbody, Square and others: bookings count for the page when the system sends them to your own booking address with the link's tags. See Count your bookings.
  • Google Calendar and any other link: Postfjord counts the taps. The booking itself happens in the other system.

A Booking block cannot go to #form or an email address. Use a Button block for those.

A page can sell a product, a course or a service, or take tips, through your own Stripe account. The buyer pays on Stripe, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. Stripe charges its usual card fees.

Make the Payment Link in Stripe:

  1. In your Stripe Dashboard, open Payment Links and press New.
  2. For something with a set price, add the product and its price. For tips, pick Customers choose what to pay, so each buyer types their own amount.
  3. Press Create link and copy the link. It starts with buy.stripe.com.

Put it on the page:

  1. Open the page in the editor and press the top block.
  2. Under Link, replace [your Stripe Payment Link] with your Payment Link.
  3. Do the same in the Button block further down. Sales page and Support my work each have these two buttons.
  4. Publish the page.

The page cannot go live while a button still says [your Stripe Payment Link], so nobody lands on a button that goes nowhere. You can put a Payment Link on any button or link, in any template.

To see what the page sells, connect Stripe under Settings, Apps (Sales from Stripe). On a live page, Postfjord adds the page's own code to every buy.stripe.com link, and Stripe sends the code back with the purchase. The sale and the amount then show on the page's Numbers tab and on the Results card on your dashboard. A Payment Link on your own domain cannot carry the code, so use the buy.stripe.com address.

Sell your Shopify products

With your Shopify store connected under Settings, Apps (Shopify), Add block has Products: a grid of up to six products, each with its picture, name, price and a button.

  1. Press Add block, then Products.
  2. Press Add a product and pick one from your store. Add up to six.
  3. Move a product with the arrows, or remove it with the bin.
  4. Change Button text if you want other words than Buy now, and pick two or three Columns on a computer. A phone always shows two.
  5. Publish the page.

Each picture is copied into your media library when you pick the product, and the page shows that copy. The name and the price stay as they were when you added the product, in your store's currency. After a change in Shopify, remove the product and add it again.

A tap opens the product in your store with the page's link tags, also when Link tags is off, because the tags tell Postfjord which page an order came from. Orders from the page count on its Numbers tab and on the Shopify card, and each product's taps show on their own row.

You can also add a product from the composer: see Put a Shopify product on your link in bio.

Publish

  1. Press Publish.
  2. Postfjord checks the page. If something needs fixing, the list at the top says what and in which block. Press the block's name to go to it.
  3. When the page is live, the address shows at the top. When you publish a new version, it can take up to three minutes before everyone sees it.

The check opens every link on the page and asks Google whether it is safe. A link Google lists as unsafe, or one that leads to a private address, stops the publish. If Google cannot be asked right then, the page waits too: try again in a few minutes. Pages cannot ask for passwords or card details, and an address or a text that looks like a login or account warning is not allowed. That goes for the page's name, its title and description for Google, your workspace name, the big heading at the top when the page has no title for Google, and the labels and button of a signup form on the page too.

Google is asked about each link once a day. A workspace can have up to 300 new links checked a day. Past that, the check says so, and the page can be published again the next day. Links Google already checked that day still pass.

Every night Postfjord asks Google about the links on your live pages again. A site can turn unsafe after you linked to it.

On the Free plan, a page goes live once your workspace has a social account connected under Channels. The editor says so before you press Publish, with a button to Channels. Paid plans can publish without one.

A workspace can publish 20 times an hour.

At the bottom of your link in bio page is a button, Get yours for free at postfjord.com, in the language of the page. A landing page has a small Made with Postfjord link in its footer instead.

After a change, press Publish changes. Take offline removes the page from its address and keeps it as a draft.

Accept the page rules

When someone in your workspace opens Email, Landing pages and nobody has accepted the rules for pages yet, Postfjord shows them first:

  1. You own what you put on your pages, or you have the right to use it.
  2. No scams, fake offers, fake reviews or countdowns that start over.
  3. You follow the rules that protect your visitors, like privacy and consumer law.
  4. Postfjord can take down a page that breaks these rules or our Terms.

Tick I accept the page rules and section 12 of the Terms, then press Accept. Landing pages opens, and you can publish and schedule pages and switch on video pages as usual. You accept once for the whole workspace, so nobody else in it is asked. Postfjord saves who accepted and when. When the rules change, the next person who opens Landing pages is asked again. Each version is saved on its own, and the line at the bottom of Landing pages says when the rules were accepted. Press Read them to open the version your workspace accepted. It stays on postfjord.com after the rules change.

Press Not now to go back to where you were. Nothing is saved, and the rules come up again the next time you open Landing pages.

A viewer cannot accept the rules. Until an owner or editor has accepted them, a viewer sees Landing pages with a line that says so.

Pages that were live before the rules came keep running. If the rules change while you have Landing pages open, they come up when you press Publish, and the page goes live once you press Accept. Video pages follow the same rules. In the composer, Make page, Make it again, Try again and Put page back online under Page for this video show the rules first if nobody in your workspace has accepted them yet, and go on once you press Accept.

An AI app or the API cannot accept the rules for you. Until someone in the workspace has accepted them in the app, a publish from there stops with the words "Accept the page rules in the app first: open Landing pages and tick the box." Open Email, Landing pages in the app and press Accept, and the AI app can publish after that.

Any block can show only from one time until another, and so can each link in a Links block. Use it for a sale, an event or a class that starts later.

  1. Open the block, or the link in a Links block.
  2. Press Schedule.
  3. Pick Starts and Ends. The times are in your workspace time zone. Leave Starts empty to show it now. Leave Ends empty to keep it on.
  4. Press Publish changes.

For a Black Friday offer, set Starts to Friday at 9:00 AM and Ends to Sunday at 11:59 PM, and publish.

Postfjord checks everything now, the hidden parts too. Anyone who opens or reloads the page after the time sees the change within a few seconds. A page that is already open does not change by itself.

The list of blocks says when each scheduled block starts or ends. The preview always shows every block, so you can see them all while you edit.

To schedule a whole landing page:

  1. Open Page.
  2. Under When the page is online, pick Goes online and Goes offline.
  3. Press Publish now.

Before the page goes online, its address says the page does not exist. After it goes offline, visitors see that the page has ended, with a link to your link in bio page when that page is live. Your link in bio page cannot be scheduled as a whole. Schedule its blocks or links instead.

If Postfjord takes a page down

Postfjord takes a page down when it breaks the rules for pages in the terms, for example when it asks for passwords, pretends to be another brand, or links to a site Google lists as unsafe. Visitors then see that the page is no longer available.

  1. You get an email that says which page, when and why. For a link Google lists, it names the link.
  2. The editor shows the same reason at the top of the page.
  3. Fix what it names: change the text, or remove the link.
  4. Write to hello [at] postfjord.com and ask us to look again. Write to us too if you think we got it wrong.

Until Postfjord puts the page back, you cannot publish, move, take offline or delete it. Your other pages stay live. When we put it back, you get an email, and visitors see the page again within about three minutes. They see the version that was live when we took it down, so press Publish changes if you changed it since.

Your newsletter archive

Every email you send can have a page of its own on your address, and all of them are listed at /newsletter, like sunrise-yoga.postfjord.page/newsletter (Your email on the web). The archive uses the colours and fonts of your link in bio page.

If you have a landing page at /newsletter yourself, that page shows there instead. Add the Newsletter archive block to it to list your emails.

Video pages

Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini read text. They cannot watch a Reel or a TikTok. A video page puts the words of your video on your own address, so they can find it and quote it.

Each page has:

  • a title and a short answer at the top, with a button to the post itself
  • a few short sections with headings
  • the questions the video answers, with the answers
  • everything that is said in the video, written down
  • the date the video went out

Switch them on

  1. Open Email, Landing pages.
  2. Under Video pages, press Switch on. Video pages live on postfjord.page too, so the page rules apply: you accept them when you open Landing pages. If the page rules change, videos that go out before someone accepts the new ones wait, and get their pages when the rules are accepted.
  3. Post a video on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube as you always do.

A few minutes after the video is out, its page is live at your address, for example sunrise-yoga.postfjord.page/video/your-first-hot-yoga-class. All of them are listed at /video, and your link in bio page links to that list at the bottom. That address is kept for the list, so a new landing page cannot use it. Video pages use the colours and fonts of your link in bio page.

Postfjord writes down what is said, then the AI you use in Postfjord writes the summary and the questions from those words only. It never adds facts that are not in the video. Each page is one transcription and one AI call, and both come out of your AI budget for the month.

One video without a page

In the composer, untick Page for this video before the post goes out. After it is out, open the post and press Take page offline. The page is kept, so Put page back online brings it back at once and costs nothing. Make it again writes a new summary, up to twice per video. If the new one cannot be made, the page you had stays online as it was. A try that stopped before anything went to the AI, for example because your AI budget was used up or a service was down, does not count toward these.

A video gets a page when it is posted on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube through Postfjord, is an MP4 or MOV file, has someone speaking and is at most 20 minutes long. Videos you posted before you switched video pages on get no page by themselves: open one in the composer and press Make page.

The pages have no script and set no cookies. Search engines find them in your address's sitemap, and the structured data on each page tells them it is a video with questions and answers. When your workspace is suspended, its video pages go offline with your other pages.

From ChatGPT, Claude or another AI app, or the REST API, you can see whether video pages are on and the address of the list, and switch the page of one post on or off.

A link that someone pastes into WhatsApp, a text message or an Instagram DM reaches your page without saying where it came from. Google Analytics and most other tools then count the visit as Direct, as if the person typed the address. Share links fix that.

Copy a share link from the app

  1. Open a live page in the editor.
  2. Press Copy share link at the top.
  3. Pick where you will send it: WhatsApp, Messages, Instagram DM, Email or Other.
  4. The link is copied. Paste it in your message. In the Postfjord app on a phone, the share menu opens instead.

The link is your page's address with three tags at the end, for example:

Let visitors share the page

Add the Share buttons block. Each button opens WhatsApp, an email, X or LinkedIn with your page's link in it, and each one tags the link with where it went. The block has no script and sets no cookies, like the rest of the page.

See what the shares bring

Under Numbers, Visits from share links shows how many visits came from a share link in the last 30 days, per place it was sent. Taps on the share buttons show under Taps per link. The same tags show up in your own analytics, like Google Analytics.

The tags follow the Link tags switch under Settings, Apps. When it is off, Copy share link copies the plain address and the share buttons send it without tags. More about tags: Link tags, sales and results.

When someone shares your page on LinkedIn, Facebook, X or in a chat, the post shows a picture, the page title and its description. Postfjord picks the picture like this:

  1. Photo when shared, under Page, when you picked one. Postfjord uses it as it is. A wide photo works best, about 1200 by 630 pixels.
  2. Without one, the photo in your first hero or photo block, when it is wide enough to fill the preview.
  3. Otherwise Postfjord makes a share picture for you when you publish: your photo or logo (when the page has one), the page title and your address, in your page's colours. A square photo, like a profile photo, no longer gets cut into a thin strip.

The share picture is made again when you publish after changing the title, the photo, the colours or your address. LinkedIn and Facebook remember a preview for a while, so a page you shared before can show the old picture for a few days.

Hide a page from Google

Some pages are only for the people you send them to, like a birthday gift you send in a DM. Hide from Google keeps such a page out of search.

  1. Open the page and go to Page.
  2. Under In Google and when shared, switch on Hide from Google.
  3. On a live page, press Publish again. The live page changes only when you publish.

What happens:

  • Only people with the link find the page. Google and other search engines leave it out.
  • The page leaves your address's sitemap, the list Postfjord gives search engines.
  • Anyone who has the link can still open it and share it. Hide from Google is not a password.

A page that Bo makes for a Flow has it switched on from the start. Every other page starts in Google. The link in bio page always stays in Google, since it is the front page of your address.

QR code

Under Page, a live page has a QR code. Press PNG or SVG to download it, and print it on a poster, a flyer or a table card.

Numbers

Under Numbers you see how many people opened the page in the last 30 days, how many of them came from a share link and from where, and how often each link was tapped. Postfjord counts without cookies and without storing anyone's address. Some browsers do not report taps, so the real number can be higher.

Numbers stays between you and Postfjord, even with your Meta Pixel or Google Analytics connected: visits and taps are never sent to Meta or Google. They hear only about new signups from people who tick the box on your form. Read Meta Pixel and Google Analytics on your pages.

Work on pages from ChatGPT, Claude or another AI app

Connect an AI app to Postfjord, as in MCP server. It can then list your pages with their views and taps, write a new page as a draft, change a draft, and publish a page or take it offline. It uses the same blocks as the editor, your photos from the media library and your brand colours.

Publishing from an AI app runs the same checks as Publish in the editor, and it needs a key that may Schedule and publish. A change to a live page stays a draft until it is published again. An AI app can schedule blocks, links and landing pages too, with times in your workspace time zone.

How many pages

PlanLanding pagesVideo pages a month
Free13
Solo1030
Studio25100
Agency50300

Every workspace also has one link in bio page. Drafts count too. A video page counts in the month it is made, and making it again counts once more. A page that could not be made because of the video file, like one that is too long or not an MP4 or MOV, does not count. A video where nobody speaks does count, because Postfjord had to listen to all of it first. On an Enterprise plan we set the number of video pages with you, see Enterprise.

If you move to a plan with room for fewer pages, for example when a paid plan ends:

  1. Your oldest landing pages stay online, as many as the new plan has room for.
  2. The rest go offline. Visitors see that the page is offline, and the app marks it Offline: over your plan.
  3. Nothing is deleted. Unpublish or delete another page, or upgrade, and the next one comes back at once.
  4. Your link in bio page always stays online.

FAQ

Can my page look like my posts?

Yes. Pick a template that says Same look as the and the name of a set you use in the design editor. The page gets the same colors, fonts and kind of photos. If you made posts from that set, the template says Matches your posts and comes first.

What happens to my pages if I downgrade?

Your oldest landing pages stay online, as many as your new plan has room for. The others go offline but are not deleted. Unpublish a page or upgrade, and they come back. Your link in bio page always stays online.

Why does my analytics show visits from WhatsApp as Direct?

A link pasted into a chat or DM does not tell the site where it came from, so the visit looks like someone typed the address. Send a share link instead: press Copy share link in the editor and pick where you send it. The visit then shows with that place as its source.

Do share buttons track my visitors?

No. A share button is a plain link. It adds tags that name WhatsApp, email, X or LinkedIn, never the person. Postfjord counts the visit without cookies and without storing anyone's address.

Can I keep a page out of Google?

Yes. Under Page, switch on Hide from Google and publish again. Search engines leave the page out, and it leaves your sitemap. Anyone with the link can still open it. A page Bo makes for a Flow is hidden from the start.

How fast does a hidden page leave Google?

A page that was never in Google stays out. A page Google already found drops out the next time Google visits it, which can take a few days or weeks.

Can I use my own domain?

Not yet on every plan. Until it opens for yours, every page lives on postfjord.page. When it does, Landing pages shows Your own domain, where you add a domain like www.your-business.com with two DNS records.

Why does my shared link show my title instead of my photo?

Your page has no Photo when shared, and its first photo is square or small, so it would be cut into a thin strip. Postfjord made a share picture with your photo, title and address instead. To show a photo of your own, pick a wide one under Page, Photo when shared, and publish again.

Why do the fonts look a little different on my phone?

A Device font is a font that is already on the visitor's phone or computer. It shows at once, but it can look a little different on each device. Pick a font under Free fonts to look the same everywhere.

Do free fonts slow my page down?

Hardly. Your page loads only the fonts it uses, from Postfjord, in small web files with just the letters your page needs. The words show at once in a device font and change to your font as soon as it is there. No font comes from Google, so no other company learns about the visit.

What happens if my workspace is suspended?

Its pages go offline until the suspension is lifted. You can still edit them.

Can ChatGPT find my Reels?

Not from the video alone: AI assistants read text, and a Reel has almost none. Switch on Video pages under Landing pages, and every new video gets a page with what is said in it, a summary and the questions it answers. Assistants and search engines can read that page.

What does a video page cost?

Nothing extra. It is part of every plan, and the plan sets how many pages you make a month. Each page uses a little of your AI budget, about one or two cents for a short video.

Why did my video get no page?

Open the post in the composer. Under Page for this video it says why: the video is longer than 20 minutes, nobody speaks in it, it is not an MP4 or MOV file, your AI budget is used up, your plan has made its video pages this month, or the page rules changed and nobody has accepted the new ones yet. Where another try can help, press Try again. If it says the page stopped before it was done, press Try again too.

Why can I not publish on the Free plan?

On Free, a page goes live once your workspace has a social account connected under Channels. It shows that a real business stands behind every page on postfjord.page. Connect Instagram, Facebook or another account, then press Publish again. Paid plans can publish without one.

Why do I have to accept page rules?

Every workspace's pages live on postfjord.page. The rules keep scams and copied content off it, so visitors can trust the pages they open, yours included. Someone in your workspace accepts them once, when they open Landing pages, and again only when the rules change.

Why did my page go offline in the night?

Postfjord checks the links on live pages every night. If Google now lists one of them as unsafe, the page is taken down and you get an email that names the link. Remove it, then write to hello [at] postfjord.com and ask us to put the page back.

Does the countdown tick every second?

No. The numbers are right each time someone opens or reloads the page, and they stay as they are while it is open. The page runs no script, so it loads fast on every phone.

What time zone does the countdown use?

Your workspace's time zone from Settings, unless you pick another one in the block. The line under the numbers shows the zone, like 11:59 PM EST. Once the page is published, the countdown keeps its zone, also when you change your workspace's time zone.

Why does my page say Closed when I am open?

Check the time zone in the Address and hours block, and the hours for today. A special day replaces the hours of that date. Postfjord works out Open now in the block's time zone each time someone opens the page.

Does the address and hours block show a map?

No map picture. The block has two links, Google Maps and Apple Maps, that open the map app with your address. Nothing is sent to Google or Apple until someone taps one.

Can I hide my street address?

Yes. Leave the street empty and fill in the city. The page then shows the city, your hours and the Call button. Search engines see only what the page shows.

Someone made a page that looks like a scam. What do I do?

Press Report this page at the bottom of it. A short form opens where you say what is wrong. You can also write to hello [at] postfjord.com with the address. A person at Postfjord reads every report and can take the page down.

Can I show my calendar on the page?

Not inside the page. Pages on postfjord.page run no code from other sites, so a calendar from Calendly or another booking system cannot sit in them. Add a Booking block instead: the button opens your booking page, and Postfjord counts the taps and, with Calendly connected, the bookings for the page.

Why does a product on my page show an old price?

The Products block keeps the name and the price from when you added the product. After you change them in Shopify, open the page, remove the product, add it again and publish the page.

Why does a post on my page open Instagram instead of my link?

A post opens its own link only when the link passed Postfjord's safety check. Open the post in the composer: Checked under Link in bio for this post means it passed. If the link did not pass, or the field is empty, the tile opens the post where it was posted. A new link usually shows on the page within minutes of Save link, at the latest overnight.

Does the copy button on a discount code track my visitors?

No. The page runs one small script, only when it has a discount code, and all it does is copy the code. It sends nothing anywhere and stores nothing on the visitor's phone. A page without a code runs no script at all.

Why does Get the logo say it found no logo?

Some websites have no logo file Postfjord can read, or they refuse visitors that are not a browser. Pick a picture from your media library instead, for example a screenshot of the logo.

Why is my scheduled link not showing?

Check two things. The times follow your workspace time zone under Settings, not the clock on your phone. And a schedule reaches visitors only after you press Publish changes.

Does a scheduled page count toward my plan?

Yes. A landing page takes a place on your plan from the moment you publish it until you take it offline, also before it goes online and after it has ended. Take an ended page offline to free its place.

What do visitors see before and after?

A scheduled block or link is not on the page before it starts or after it ends. The rest of the page looks as usual. Before a scheduled page goes online, its address says the page does not exist, so a post that links to it shows a broken preview until then. After the page ends, visitors see that it has ended.
