Postfjord ships an MCP server, the open standard for connecting AI apps to tools. Add it to ChatGPT or Claude, or to Gemini CLI, Codex, Cursor and other apps that speak MCP, and your AI app can read your calendar, write drafts in your brand voice and schedule them, all from a chat.
Sign in from ChatGPT or Claude
In ChatGPT or Claude, add a connector with the address app.postfjord.com/api/mcp and sign in to Postfjord. You pick the workspace and what the app may do, and press Allow. No key to copy, nothing to install. Gemini CLI signs in the same way after you add the address to its settings file. Codex, Cursor and VS Code connect with a key from Settings, and the help page has each setup ready to copy.
What your AI app can do in your workspace
List the calendar and the queue, read the brand profile and your analytics, browse the media library, create and update drafts, schedule or publish posts, cancel or delete them, and read the publish log. Every action goes through the same rules as the app: it can only touch the workspace you connected, at the level you chose.
A conversation instead of a form
"Plan next week: three posts for Instagram and Facebook, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9, in our voice." The app reads your brand profile and your calendar, writes the posts and puts them in the calendar as drafts for you to approve.

The same operations are available as a REST API with a per-workspace key, so Zapier, Make, a spreadsheet script or your own code can create posts and read results.

Which AI apps work?
ChatGPT on plans that let you add your own connectors, Claude on claude.ai and in its desktop and phone apps, Gemini through Gemini CLI, and Codex, Cursor, VS Code and any other app that speaks MCP. Gemini Enterprise works when an admin adds Postfjord as a custom MCP server. Meta Muse connects through the API.
Which plans include MCP and the API?
Solo, Studio and Agency. Free does not.
Is it safe?
Each connection belongs to one workspace and has one level: read only, drafts only, or schedule and publish. Keys are shown once and stored hashed. Remove a connection or a key under Settings, and it stops at once.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Postfjord runs the server for you. In ChatGPT or Claude you sign in and press Allow. For the other apps you copy one line or a few lines from the help page.
