Social is the part of Postfjord that gets your posts out. One calendar for every account, drafts in your own voice, pictures made in the same place, and a publisher that tries again when a platform hiccups and tells you in plain words when something needs you.
- 9channels from one calendar, plus X as an add-on
- 8kinds of business with their own design templates, in your brand colors
- 5tries before a post counts as failed: after 2, 5, 15 and 45 minutes
One calendar, every account
Week or month, with every post on its day and its status in color: scheduled, published, waiting or failed. Drag a post to another day and it keeps its time. Add a note to a day, like "Black Friday", and plan around it. Your emails and bookings sit on the same days, so you plan posts around what else is going on.

Postfjord publishes to Instagram (posts, carousels, Reels and stories), Facebook Pages, LinkedIn profiles, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon and Tumblr. Articles go to your WordPress, Ghost, Wix or Shopify blog with a title, a cover picture and tags. TikTok gets your video in your TikTok inbox, where you finish it in the app. X is an add-on at $12 a month for 40 posts.
Write once, a version per channel
Pick the accounts
The counter shows the shortest limit among them while you type: 500 characters on Threads, 2,200 on Instagram, 3,000 on LinkedIn.
Write, or let Bo write
Write a short brief and press Generate draft, or press Dictate and talk for up to three minutes. Bo writes the text, a version per channel, hashtags and an Instagram first comment, in your brand voice.
Check it
Check post looks at four things: does it sound like you, does the first line stop the scroll, is there a clear next step, and could it read as a misleading claim.
Schedule
Pick the time, or press Publish now. Drafts save by themselves.
Make it a reel turns a post's photos into a 1080 × 1920 video, and Make a story turns a post into a story. One idea, every format takes one tip or a blog link and writes a post for each channel and an email draft, and only the cards you tick become drafts.
Bo plans the week
Press Plan next week in the calendar. Bo proposes a week of drafts from your content pillars, your rhythm and what worked before. You approve the ones you like, and only those go into the calendar.
- Sunday, 6 PM: Bo plans next week from your strategy
- An email to you: The week is ready to read
- You approve: Change what you like
- In the calendar: Only the posts you approved
Every Monday Bo also looks at your pillars. When one clearly gets more likes and comments than the others, Bo suggests a bigger share for it. Apply or Not now.
Pictures without a second tool
- Templates for shops, studios and gyms, cafés, salons, trades, creators, coaches and events. For you shows yours first.
- Every template in your brand colors and fonts. Shuffle tries a new look with your own colors.
- One design in every size: square, portrait, story and landscape, saved together.
- Carousels of up to 10 pages, and text that shrinks to fit its box.
- Free photos from Pexels and Pixabay, searched right in the editor.
- Prefer Canva? Design in Canva opens your design there and brings it back to the post.
Good posts come back
Mark a published post as Evergreen, pick the days and the time, and how long it rests: 14, 30, 60 or 90 days. Each time it comes back with a fresh caption in your voice, so nothing repeats word for word. It waits in Drafts for you, or goes out on its own if you let it.
Have a plan in a spreadsheet? Import reads up to 200 posts from a CSV file, checks every row and schedules them or saves them as drafts.
Clients approve by link
Send for review makes a link your client opens without an account. They see up to 30 posts as they will go out.
Can we use the photo from the terrace instead?
Done, swapped it. Take a look.
Perfect. Approve all 6 posts.
Six posts approved. You got one email with every answer.
Each post has its own comment thread. Turn on Hold posts until the client approves, and nothing goes out without a yes: a post whose time comes first turns back into a draft, and you get an email.
Analytics that answer a question
- Week by week for 12 weeks: posts, likes, comments, saves, shares, new followers and reach.
- Your best times to post, from your own posts.
- Every post sorted by theme, so you see which kind of post works without tagging anything.
- Posts that did better than usual, and your best content to post again with Redraft.
- PDF report: a month per channel with your logo, the best posts, and the bookings and sales your links brought in.
- Email me each month sends that report early every month, ready to forward.
If a post still fails after five tries, it is marked failed with the reason, and you get an email. Retry tries only the accounts that failed, so nothing is published twice.
One link in your bio
Every workspace gets a link in bio page at postfjord.page, with your links, your latest posts and a signup form. Give each post its own link, so a tap on the post opens the right page. See Landing pages and link in bio.

FAQ
Do I need a business Instagram account?
Yes. You need an Instagram business or creator account. A Facebook Page is only needed to publish to Facebook or to answer Messenger.
What happens if a platform is down when a post is due?
Postfjord tries again up to four times: after 2, 5, 15 and 45 minutes, about an hour in all. If it still fails, the post is marked failed with a reason you can act on, and nothing is published twice.
Can I post to a LinkedIn company page?
Not yet. Postfjord publishes to your personal LinkedIn profile today.
Can I still post from my phone?
Yes. Use Postfjord in your phone's browser or add it to your home screen. Press Dictate, say what the post is about, and Bo writes it in your voice. The download page has every way to run it.
