A gym or a studio sells a habit. People follow you for months before they come to a first class, and what gets them through the door is a clear next step: a free trial, a beginner class, a time that fits. Postfjord keeps that step in front of them every week.
Start with a gym's setup
When you create your workspace, pick Gym or fitness studio. You get a brand voice written for a gym, five saved replies (free trial, schedule, prices, beginners, how to find you) and a first automation: someone comments TRIAL and gets the booking link for a free class in their DMs. Fill in the [brackets] and it is yours.
The week's classes, planned on Sunday
Set your pillars once: classes and schedule on Monday, a tip on Wednesday, members on Friday. On Sunday, press Plan next week and Claude proposes the week from them and from the ideas you saved. The coach who had an idea between two sessions can dictate it into Ideas in thirty seconds.
From follower to first class
Most people who ask about a trial class ask in a DM, often late in the evening. An automation answers straight away with the booking link. The inbox keeps the conversation, so a coach can follow up the next day, and the 24 hour reply window is shown so nothing goes quiet by accident.
A page for the free trial
Make a landing page for the trial class or the intro offer, with the booking button at the top, and put its QR code on the front desk. Your link in bio page holds the schedule, prices and newsletter signup.
See which posts bring people in
Analytics shows your best posting times and which posts get the most engagement, sorted by theme. If beginner posts get twice the engagement of schedule posts, you will see it without a spreadsheet.
Connect Calendly, Acuity or your own booking system, and each automation shows the classes it booked. When someone books, an automation can thank them in their DMs and ask for a Google review after the class.
FAQ
Does Postfjord handle bookings or memberships?
No. Keep your booking and membership system. Postfjord points people to it from posts, saved replies and automations, and counts the bookings its links bring in. Mindbody, Momence, Glofox and others send bookings to your own address, directly or through Zapier or Make.
Can the whole team use it?
Yes. Invite coaches as editors so they can draft posts and answer DMs. On Solo there are two members per workspace, on Studio five.
We have two locations. One workspace or two?
Two, one per Instagram account. Studio includes five workspaces for $99 a month, $75 billed yearly.
