Plans and billing

What Free, Solo, Studio and Agency include, how to upgrade, and how limits work.

Postfjord has four plans. Every plan includes scheduling, the AI composer, the inbox, DM automation and MCP. The plans differ in how much you can use.

Upgrading

Open Account and pick Solo, Studio or Agency, monthly or yearly. Payment is handled by Stripe. Before you pay, you tick that you agree to the Terms of Service, and Stripe shows your right of withdrawal next to the pay button. The plan applies to every workspace you own within a minute.

Right after the purchase you get an order confirmation by email: the plan, the price per billing period and per month, the seller, and your right of withdrawal with the model withdrawal form. Keep it. Stripe sends the receipt for the payment.

If you buy as a consumer, you can tick I expressly ask for my plan to start during the 14 day withdrawal period on the Account page before you choose a plan. The plan starts right away either way; the box only matters if you withdraw, as described below.

Managing your subscription

With a subscription every plan stays on the Account page. Switch to Studio, Switch to Solo or Switch to Agency (monthly or yearly) first shows what you pay now for the rest of the period, including VAT, and nothing changes until you confirm. The plan only switches when that payment goes through: if your bank wants you to approve it, Stripe's payment page opens, and if you leave or the card is declined, you keep your plan and are not charged or asked again. A switch to a cheaper plan or to monthly costs nothing now; the rest of the period is credited to your next invoices and the plan switches at once. Cancel subscription goes straight to cancelling. Account → Manage billing opens the Stripe portal where you update your card, download invoices, change your billing details or cancel. A cancelled plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspaces go back to Free.

A yearly plan renews by itself. About 45 days before it renews, we email you the renewal date, the price and the last day to cancel, so you always have more than a month to decide. Monthly plans get no reminder.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy a plan as a consumer, you can withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start the day after the purchase, and when the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period runs to the next working day. The order confirmation and the Account page show the date. A business, including a sole trader buying for the business, has no right of withdrawal, and a renewal does not start a new withdrawal period.

To withdraw, open Account and press Withdraw from contract here. It is there for the whole withdrawal period. Check the contract, your name and the address for the receipt, then press Confirm withdrawal. The plan ends at once, your workspaces move to Free with everything kept, and you get a receipt by email with the time we received your withdrawal. You can also withdraw by email to hello [at] postfjord.com or by letter to Yogakollektivet Sverige AB, Rallarvägen 10, 755 76 Vänge, Sweden, with or without the model form in section 11 of the terms.

How a withdrawal is handled:

  • We refund no later than 14 days after we receive it, to the means of payment you used, without fees.
  • Without the start request, you get everything you paid back.
  • With the start request, you pay for the part of the plan provided until you withdrew: the share of the billing period that had passed. Withdrawing from a yearly plan after 3 days refunds about 99 percent.
  • The refund is booked as a credit note on your invoice in Stripe, so your receipts stay correct.

X add-on

Posting to X is an add-on for one workspace: $12 a month, with 40 posts to X a month, with or without links. It can be added on any plan except Free. On Founder it is included. Under Account, X add-on, press Add X add-on next to the workspace. Stripe opens, you tick the terms and pay, and the add-on shows as On within a minute. It is a monthly subscription of its own, also when your plan is yearly, and its month starts the day you add it.

  • The 40 posts start again each month, on the day the add-on renews. Posts you did not use do not carry over.
  • A post counts once X has taken it. A post that fails, or that X refuses, does not use one.
  • When the 40 are used or already scheduled, Postfjord does not let you schedule more posts to X before they renew. You are never charged for more.
  • Remove X add-on stops the renewal. X keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged. Keep X add-on undoes that before the month ends. You can also cancel it in Manage billing.
  • If your plan ends and the workspace goes back to Free, the add-on stops renewing and ends with its month. Deleting the workspace ends it at once.
  • If the workspace gets a new owner, the add-on of the old owner stops renewing and ends with its month. The new owner can then add their own. If you bought the X add-on and then handed the workspace to someone else, you can still withdraw within the 14 days: write to hello [at] postfjord.com, since the workspace no longer shows on your Account page.
  • The order confirmation and the right of withdrawal work as for a plan: you get the confirmation by email, you can tick the request to start during the withdrawal period, and Withdraw from contract here next to the workspace under X add-on is there for the 14 days.

Free months from referrals

Share your link from Account and get a month free for each friend who starts a paid plan. They get a month free too. See Give a month, get a month.

Deleting your account

Account → Delete my account also ends your subscription, right away instead of at the end of the period, so nothing is charged once the account is gone. The time left in the period is not refunded. To use it, cancel the subscription first and delete the account when the period has ended. Within the withdrawal period, a consumer who wants the money back presses Withdraw from contract here before deleting the account. If Stripe cannot be reached, nothing is deleted and you can try again a few minutes later.

What happens at a limit

Postfjord tells you before you get there. The calendar shows how many posts this month has used, and the Connect and Invite buttons show a notice with an upgrade link when the workspace is full.

  • Posts per month: a scheduled post past the limit is marked failed with a clear message. Upgrade or move it to next month and retry. Posts due in the same minute are published together, so the count can land a post or two over.
  • Connected accounts and members: the Connect and Invite buttons explain the limit.
  • Automations: on Free, only the oldest enabled automation runs.
  • Active contacts: when the month's limit is reached, automations pause for new people. You can still reply by hand to everyone.
  • AI budget: drafts stop until next month. The budget is shared by every workspace you own.

FAQ

Is VAT included?

No. Stripe adds VAT where it applies, based on your country and VAT number.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Yearly is about 20 percent cheaper and is billed once a year.

What counts as an active contact?

A person an automation replied to during the calendar month. Messages you answer by hand, and messages that match no automation, are not counted. The same person counts once per month.

Do I need a separate subscription per workspace?

No. One subscription covers every workspace you own, up to your plan's limit.

What happens if I start a plan switch and do not pay?

Nothing. You keep your current plan, and nothing is charged or retried. The payment page Stripe opened stops working within a day.

Can I get my money back?

If you bought the plan as a consumer, yes, within the 14 day withdrawal period: press Withdraw from contract here under Account. You get everything back, or the price minus the part of the period used if you asked for the plan to start during the withdrawal period. After that, a cancelled plan runs to the end of the paid period and is not refunded.

What does the box about starting during the withdrawal period mean?

The law says a consumer who withdraws gets the whole payment back, unless they expressly asked for the service to start before the withdrawal period was over. Ticking the box is that request. Your plan starts right away either way; the box only decides whether a withdrawal refunds everything or the price minus the part you used.

When do I get a reminder before my yearly plan renews?

About 45 days before the renewal date, by email, with the price and the last day to cancel. Monthly plans get no reminder.

What happens to my subscription when I delete my account?

It is cancelled in Stripe at the same moment, so you are never charged again. The rest of the period is not refunded; to use it, cancel the subscription first and delete the account when the period has ended.

Are my invoices deleted with my account?

No. Swedish bookkeeping law requires us to keep invoices and the billing details on them, such as name, address and VAT number, for seven years. That record stays with Stripe, which handles all payments; Postfjord never stores your card details.
