In your brand from the first click
Add your main color, accent, text color, background and two fonts once, under Settings, Brand. Every template is drawn with them, so the cards show what you get. Shuffle tries another mix of your own colors, the other font pair and another layout, and it never puts text on a color where it is hard to read. Press Undo to go back one look at a time.
Apply brand works on any design, also one you made before: each part takes the brand color closest to the one it has. Change your brand while a design is open and the design follows along. Templates place no logo, so yours goes where you want it.

Cream and serif, black and gold, candy colors, retro 70s, a wedding script, film strips, polaroids, scrapbook pages. All templates shows each one in its own colors and fonts. Apply brand turns any of them into yours.
One design, every size
Square 1080 × 1080, portrait 1080 × 1350, story 1080 × 1920 and landscape 1200 × 675. Opened from a post, the sizes your channels need are already ticked. Fix one size by hand and the others stay as they are. Change a word in any size and every size shows it.

If the check finds something, Fix opens that size and picks the part, and Save anyway saves as it is. In a story size, striped bands show where the app's own buttons cover the picture.

Clean up a photo
Pick a photo and press Remove background. The person or thing in front stays, and it takes about 20 seconds. Magic eraser takes out a cup on a table or a sign on a wall and fills in what was behind, in about 10 seconds. Each one uses 1 cent of your plan's AI budget, and the original photo stays in Media.
From design to post
Share saves the design in Media and opens a new post with it, a carousel when it has several pages. It can also go into an email or onto a landing page. Download a JPG, a PNG with a see-through background, or a PDF for a LinkedIn document carousel.
Your work is kept as a draft a second after each change. Close the tab and it is still there under Continue where you left off. A saved design opens again with Edit design, with its text, shapes and photos as you left them.
Already use Canva?
Connect your Canva account under Settings, Apps. Press Design in Canva in a post, make the picture there, and it comes into the post without a download. A free Canva account works. Press Edit in Canva in Media to change it again.

FAQ
How many templates are there?
362 picture templates in 79 looks, for eight kinds of business plus a set for everyone. You can save any page as your own template for the workspace with Save as template.
Can I use my own fonts?
Yes. Upload a TTF or OTF file in your brand kit and it shows in the font list, after your brand's heading and body fonts. A workspace keeps up to 20 fonts of its own.
How many pictures can I save a day?
Each page in each size is one picture. Free saves 50 a day, Solo 200, Studio 500 and Agency 1,000. The count starts again at midnight UTC. If you reach it, your design stays as a draft.
Does every client get their own brand?
Yes. Brand colors, fonts and logo belong to the workspace, so each client's templates come out in that client's brand.
Can I change a design after I posted it?
Yes. Press the small pen on the picture in a post, or Edit design in Media. Saving makes new pictures and keeps the old ones. Opened from a post, the new pictures take the place of the old ones in that post.
