The calendar is the home screen. Every scheduled, published and failed post sits on its day, with the logos of the accounts it goes to.
Your first week in the calendar
- Press + next to a day. The composer opens with that day picked, at 9:00.
- Write the post and press Schedule. You land back in the calendar with the post on its day.
- Want another day? Drag the post there.
- Press Plan next week when you want Claude to propose a whole week for you.
Week and month
Switch between Week, where you see the time of each post, and Month for the overview. Previous and Next move a week or a month at a time, and Today jumps back to now. Click a post to open it in the composer. Press + next to a day to start a post on it; it starts at 9:00, and you change the time in the composer.
On a phone the week reads from top to bottom, one day under the other, with today highlighted. Tap + next to a day to start a post on it, or tap a post to open it and change its time. The month view stays a grid you can scroll sideways.
A day with nothing on it says "Nothing planned".
What a post in the calendar shows
Each post is a small card with:
- the time it goes out,
- a logo for each account it goes to,
- a coloured stripe on the left for its status: blue for scheduled, green for published, amber while it sends or when only some accounts published, red for failed, grey for a draft,
- the status in small letters, for anything that is not scheduled or published,
- a review mark (Review, OK or Changes) when you sent it to a client. See client review.
Unscheduled drafts
Drafts without a date do not fit on a day, so they sit in a row under the calendar: Unscheduled drafts with the number of them. Click one to open it, pick a time in Publish at and press Schedule.
Posts this month
On the Free plan, which publishes up to 15 posts a month, the calendar shows how many are used, for example "3 of 15 posts this month". A post counts once, however many accounts it goes to. When all 15 are used, the line says so, and a post that is due after that fails with the reason. It can go out in the next month, or on a paid plan. Paid plans have no monthly limit and show no line.
Drag to reschedule
Drag a scheduled post to another day and it keeps its time. To change the time, open the post. Only scheduled posts can be dragged: published posts, drafts and failed posts stay where they are. A post cannot be dragged to a day and time that has passed.
Plan next week
The Plan next week button asks Claude for a week of post ideas based on your brand voice, content pillars and what has worked before. You review each proposal, edit or remove it, and apply the rest as scheduled posts or drafts. Nothing is published without your approval.
- Press Plan next week.
- Write anything special about next week in the box, like an event or an offer. Leave it empty for a normal week. Press Propose a week.
- For each proposed post, press Approve or Skip, change the text, and press Add media where it needs a picture. The Suggested visual line says what kind of picture fits.
- Press Apply with the number of approved posts, and confirm.
Approved posts are scheduled at their proposed time. Instagram posts without media are saved as drafts, since Instagram needs an image or a video. Skipped posts are not created.
If you do not want the week at all, press Discard plan next to Apply and confirm. The plan is thrown away, nothing is scheduled, no posts are created, and the screen says so instead of leaving you guessing. Press Plan next week again whenever you want a new one.
Send for review
Send for review makes a link your client opens without an account, to approve the posts in view or ask for changes. See Send posts to a client for review.
FAQ
Which time zone does the calendar use?
The workspace time zone, set under Settings → General. Posts are published at that local time.
Can I see several workspaces in one calendar?
No. Each workspace has its own calendar so that one brand's posts can never end up on another brand's accounts.
I discarded a plan by mistake. Can I get it back?
No. The proposals are gone. Press Plan next week and Claude writes a new week for you; that is a new request against your AI budget.
What do the colours mean?
The logos show which accounts a post goes to. The stripe on the left of each post shows its status: blue for scheduled, green for published, amber while sending or when partly published, red for failed and grey for drafts. Open a red post to see why it failed and retry.
Why can I not drag a post?
Only scheduled posts move by dragging. Open a draft and press Schedule first. A published post has already gone out, so it stays on its day.
I sent a post with Publish now. Why is it not in the calendar?
A post sent with Publish now has no time in Publish at, so it has no day to sit on. Find it in Posts under Published.
Where is the draft I wrote?
A draft with no time is under Unscheduled drafts, below the calendar, and in Posts under Drafts.
