Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page you see when you open a workspace. It shows what is coming up, what needs you and how things are going, and every widget links to the screen where you act on it.

Widgets

• At a glance: posts scheduled for the next 7 days, posts that failed in the last 14 days, unread and unassigned conversations, new contacts this week and posts published this month (with your plan's limit when there is one).
• Needs attention: channels that need to be reconnected now or within a week, or whose messages do not reach Postfjord, failed or partly published posts, and conversations where someone asked for a person.
• Coming up: the next scheduled posts, in your workspace's time zone.
• Inbox: unread, unassigned and your own conversations, and the latest unread threads.
• Automation: how many automations are on and the busiest ones, with how many people started them and clicked.
• Contacts: new contacts this week, contacts with an email address, hot contacts and birthdays this month.
• Followers: followers per Instagram and Facebook account and the change over 7 days.
• Ideas: your latest saved ideas.

The Get started checklist sits on top until a new workspace is set up.

Make it yours

Press Customize. Drag a widget onto another to swap places, or use the arrows. Make a widget wide or narrow, hide what you do not need and bring it back from the Hidden row. Press Save layout when you are done, or Reset to default to start over.

The layout is personal and saved per workspace: your colleagues keep their own, and each brand can have its own arrangement.
