Run social media for several clients and each one is a workspace. All workspaces puts them side by side, so the morning check takes one page instead of ten switches.
Open it
The page shows when you are an owner or editor in two or more workspaces.
- In the menu, press All workspaces under the workspace switcher.
- On Home, press Open on the All workspaces widget. Like the other widgets you can move it or hide it under Customize. See Dashboard.
What each workspace shows
One card per workspace where you are an owner or editor, with the name and the logo from its brand kit, and your role there. A workspace where you are a viewer is not on the page.
- Going out today: posts still to go out today, in the workspace's own time zone. A post held until the client approves it is not counted, since it does not go out at its time.
- Waiting for approval: drafts and scheduled posts you sent to the client that they have not answered yet, while the review link still works. A held post that went out on some channels counts too, since the client can still approve the rest. Once they asked for changes, or the review link was closed or ran out, the next step is yours and it is not counted. A post that has gone out, or whose review was closed or ran out after 30 days, is not counted. See Send posts to a client for review.
- Failed, last 14 days: posts that failed. They are the posts on the Failed tab in Posts, from the last 14 days. The number turns red above zero. A post that went out to only some channels is on the Published tab, and Needs attention on Home shows it.
- Unread conversations: chats with a message nobody has answered yet. A workspace without an Inbox says so instead.
- Posts this month: published so far plus scheduled for the rest of the month, leaving out posts held until the client approves them. With a rhythm in Strategy it says how many more to plan for that rhythm, or that you are on track. Without one, a plan with a monthly post limit shows that limit.
Press a number and the right screen opens in that workspace: the calendar for today and approvals, the Failed tab in Posts, the Inbox, and Strategy for the month. Open takes you to that workspace's Home.
A workspace that is suspended or paused says so on its card. Where the plan paused your seat, the card shows only the name.
Order and refresh
Pick A to Z, or Needs a look first, which puts failed posts first, then posts with the client, then unread chats. Your choice stays on this device.
The numbers are read when the page opens. If you go into a client and come back within two minutes, the page shows the numbers it already has. Press Refresh for new ones. The page shows the time they are from.
FAQ
Can my client see this page?
No. It only lists workspaces you are a member of, and each workspace's numbers stay inside it. A client who opens a review link sees only the posts in that link.
Why is a workspace I am in missing from the page?
You are a viewer there. A viewer looks but does not plan or publish, so those workspaces stay off the page. Open them from the workspace switcher as before. An owner can make you an editor in Settings, Members.
Why is the number of unread conversations missing for one workspace?
The workspace has no Inbox.
How many workspaces fit on the page?
The first 100 where you are an owner or editor, in the order of your list. The page says how many more there are. Workspaces where you are a viewer do not take a place and are not counted.
