What it does
Work in Postfjord from a chat with the Claude app. It reads your calendar, brand voice and results, writes posts and emails as drafts, and with the top level schedules them too. On claude.ai you connect with your Postfjord login. Claude Desktop and Claude Code use a key you make in a guided setup.
It is included from the Solo plan, and only the workspace owner can connect it.
Connect in three steps
- On claude.ai, open Settings, Connectors and press Add custom connector.
- Name it Postfjord, paste
https://app.postfjord.com/api/mcp, and press Add, then Connect. - Sign in to Postfjord, pick the workspace and what the app may do, and press Allow.
For Claude Desktop or Claude Code, press Set up on the Claude app card under Settings, Apps. It makes a key and gives you the text to paste.

- From Postfjord to the Claude app: what the level allows it to read, like your calendar, brand profile, media, emails and post results.
- From the Claude app to Postfjord: the drafts it writes, and with the top level the posts and emails it schedules.
- Every connection has its own key under Settings, Apps, Your keys. Remove it there and the app is disconnected at once.
FAQ
Is this the same as the AI inside Postfjord?
No. Postfjord's own AI is included in your plan and needs no setup. Connecting the Claude app lets you work in Postfjord from Claude, if you want to.
Can the app publish without asking me?
Only with the level Schedule and publish. With Drafts only, nothing goes out until you schedule it.
