What it does
Postfjord posts to your own LinkedIn profile at the time you pick: text up to 3,000 characters, one image, up to 20 images, one video up to 500 MB, or a PDF that LinkedIn shows as a document you swipe through.
LinkedIn asks you to sign in again every 60 days. Postfjord shows the date on Channels, and a week before it you get a notice in the app and an email.
Connect in three steps
- In Postfjord, open Channels and press Connect on the LinkedIn profile card.
- Sign in with LinkedIn and allow Postfjord.
- Postfjord adds your profile to the workspace.
What moves where
- From Postfjord to LinkedIn: the posts you schedule, with their images, video or PDF.
- From LinkedIn to Postfjord: your profile's name, and the date the connection needs renewing.
FAQ
Why do I have to reconnect every 60 days?
LinkedIn gives apps access for 60 days at a time, and only the owner of the profile can renew it. Press Reconnect on the LinkedIn card and sign in. It takes a minute.
What happens if the date passes?
Posts to LinkedIn wait until you reconnect. Press Reconnect, then Retry on the posts that did not go out.
