What it does

Postfjord publishes posts and videos to your Facebook Pages at the time you pick. Messenger conversations and comments land in the Postfjord inbox, where you and your team answer them, and DM automations can reply for you. The analytics screen shows how each post did.

The same Page can be in more than one workspace, which helps when an agency and a client both work on it.

Connect in three steps

  1. In Postfjord, open Channels and press Connect on the Instagram + Facebook card.
  2. Sign in with Facebook. When Facebook asks which Pages Postfjord may use, choose all current and future Pages, and leave every permission ticked.
  3. Back in Postfjord, tick the Pages that belong to this workspace.

What moves where

  • From Postfjord to Facebook: the posts and videos you schedule, and the replies you send in Messenger and to comments.
  • From Facebook to Postfjord: new Messenger messages and comments, for the inbox and your automations, and the numbers for each post.
  • Postfjord keeps an access token for the Page, never for you as a person.

FAQ

Why does Facebook ask for my personal account?

Meta only gives Page access through a person who manages the Page. Postfjord stores a token for the Page and uses it only in the workspace you connected it in.

Why should I choose all Pages?

Facebook replaces your earlier choice every time you connect. Picking a single Page would disconnect Pages you use in your other workspaces. Inside Postfjord you still pick only the Pages for this workspace.
