Post it where it belongs

Schedule the Reel for Instagram, send it to TikTok, and look at the numbers a few days later.

You have a Reel with a hook, photos, short words and a caption. The last step is to send it out, and to see how it did.

Check the draft

Open the draft that Make it a reel gave you. Press play and watch it once more. Look at the first second, the words and the order of the photos.

Instagram

  1. Open the Instagram tab and pick Reel under Format.
  2. Check the caption, the hashtags and the first comment.
  3. Pick a day and a time under Publish at. Choose a time when your followers are around. If you do not know yet, try the evening and see.
  4. Press Schedule.

TikTok

A TikTok post is one video. Open the TikTok tab and choose how it goes:

If the video promotes you, a product or a service, turn on Disclose video content and tick the box that fits.

See what happened

A few days later, open Analytics. Look at which Reel got the most views, and compare its hook with the others. Do more of what worked. Your own numbers teach you more than any rule.

Before you finish
