Ask Bo for a week of posts
Writing a week of posts from nothing takes an hour. Reading a week of drafts takes ten minutes. Bo, Postfjord's assistant, does the first part. You do the second.
Ask
- Open Manager in the menu.
- Write what the week is about, in your own words. For example: "Draft 3 posts for next week. We have a new class on Saturday at 9 am for beginners. Mention that the first one is free."
- Press Send.
Bo reads your channels, your brand voice and your calendar, then writes each post on its own, picks a picture, and picks a day and a time. Name a day or a time and Bo keeps it.
Read the card
Bo shows one card with every post on it: the day and time, the channels, the first line and the picture.
- Press Show text to read every word a post will send.
- Check the facts. Is the price right? Is the date right? Is it something you would say?
- Press Skip on a post you do not want. The button at the bottom changes to say how many you approve.
Decide
Press Approve, with the number of posts you kept. They go into the calendar. Nothing is made until you press it. If you say "drafts" in your first message, the card saves drafts instead, and nothing goes out until you schedule them yourself.
Want something changed? Tell Bo: "Make the second one shorter and start with a question." You get a new card, and the old card stops working, so posts never go in twice.
How you know it worked
Your calendar shows the posts you approved on the days Bo showed you, and the ones you skipped are not there.
