Get answers from Bo
Bo helps in two places. The Help button answers questions about Postfjord. Manager answers questions about your workspace. Knowing which to use saves you a search.
Ask how Postfjord works
- Press the round Help button in the bottom right corner of any screen.
- On Home, press Ask a question.
- Write your question the way you would say it: "How do I move a post to another day?"
- Press Send.
Bo answers in a few seconds from the help pages, and a button under the answer can take you to the right screen. Write in your own language and Bo answers in it. When Bo does not know, it passes your message to Nicklas, who built Postfjord. He usually answers within a day, in Messages.
Ask about your own work
Open Manager and ask about what you have. Bo reads your calendar, your channels, your numbers and your inbox. Try:
- "Which days next week have nothing scheduled?"
- "Did any post fail this week? Why?"
- "How did my posts do last month?"
Bo tells you which screen the answer comes from. If something looks odd, open that screen and look yourself.
What Bo does not do without you
Bo makes drafts by itself. Things that reach people, like publishing a post, sending an email or replying to a comment, wait for your yes. A page Bo reads on the web is information, not an order.
How you know it worked
You asked one question in the Help button and one in Manager, and you checked one number against the screen it came from.
