Lesson 4 of 5 · 4 min
Your look on any design
Your kit only helps if it is easy to use. In Design it is two buttons and one panel.
Your brand
- Open Design and pick any template. It opens in its own colors.
- Press Colors, then Your brand. Your colors and fonts replace the template's, and the whole design changes at once.
- Press it again for another mix of your same colors.
If you have not set up a kit yet, Design tells you and takes you to the settings. Text that sits right on a photo keeps its color so it stays easy to read.
Shuffle
Press Shuffle to try a new look in your colors and fonts: other colors on the page, the other font, and on a template another layout. Undo steps back one look at a time. Use it to make a week of posts that look like one family, not seven copies.
Your logo
Templates place no logo. Press Logo in the left bar and your logo lands on the page. Keep it small and in a corner. The message is the hero and the logo is the signature.
Your colors in every picker
Every color setting shows your brand colors first, then the colors already in the design, then a Custom color. Choose from the first row and your design stays on brand.
Before the next lesson
Pick a template that does not look like you at all. Press Colors, then Your brand, then Shuffle twice, and add your logo in a corner. Keep it as your first branded design.
