What it does
Write on your blog as you always do. Once a day, at the time you choose, Postfjord reads your blog's feed. Each new post becomes a draft for every channel you pick, written in your brand voice with the link to the post. At most two blog posts a day, the oldest first. Nothing is scheduled or posted until you do it.
It works with any blog that has an RSS or Atom feed: WordPress, Squarespace, Ghost, Substack, Wix and most others.
Connect in three steps
- In Postfjord, open Settings, Apps, Your blog and turn on Turn new blog posts into drafts.
- Paste your blog's feed. It is often your blog address with /feed or /rss.xml at the end.
- Pick the channels and the time of day, and press Save.
What moves where
- From your blog to Postfjord: the title, text and link of each new post in the feed.
- From Postfjord to your blog: nothing. Postfjord only reads the feed.
- The drafts use your plan's AI budget, like any other AI writing in Postfjord.
