What it does
Mindbody, Momence, Glofox and most other booking systems can send each booking to an address. Postfjord gives you one of your own. Send it each new booking and each cancellation, and Postfjord counts them for the automation, email or page that sent the person, and tags them Booked.
Connect in three steps
- In Postfjord, open Settings, Apps, Other booking systems and press Turn on to get your address.
- In your booking system, or in Zapier or Make, start with New booking and add a step that sends a webhook: POST, to your address, as JSON.
- Fill in the booking's id, email, name, class, start time and status. Make a second one for cancellations, with the status cancelled.
What moves where
- From your booking system to Postfjord: each booking you send, with its id, email, name, class, time and status.
- From Postfjord to your booking system: nothing.
- The name and email are used to find the contact and then thrown away.
FAQ
What if someone gets hold of my address?
Anyone who has it can send bookings. Press Make a new address and the old one stops working.
Which fields are needed?
The booking's id and the email. The id is the booking's own number in your system, so a cancellation finds its booking.
