What it does

Put your Calendly link in an automation, an email or a landing page. When someone books, Calendly tells Postfjord, and Postfjord counts the booking for what sent them. Everyone who books gets the tag Booked, which can start an email automation. When someone cancels, the booking is taken off again.

With Calendly the match is exact, because Calendly sends back the tags Postfjord put on the link.

Connect in three steps

  1. In Calendly, open Integrations, then API and webhooks.
  2. Press Generate new token, call it Postfjord and copy it.
  3. In Postfjord, open Settings, Apps, Calendly, paste the token and press Connect.

What moves where

  • From Calendly to Postfjord: each new booking and cancellation, with the class, the time and the tags on the link.
  • From Postfjord to Calendly: nothing. Postfjord only listens.
  • The name and email in a booking are used to find the contact and then thrown away. The token is stored encrypted.

FAQ

Which Calendly plan do I need?

Calendly shares bookings with other apps on its Standard plan and up. On the free plan Postfjord tells you so when you connect.

Does Postfjord see my whole client list?

No. Postfjord only hears about bookings made after you connect, and keeps the class and time of each.
