What it does
Put your Cal.com link in an automation, an email or a landing page. When someone books, Cal.com tells Postfjord, and Postfjord counts the booking for what sent them. Everyone who books gets the tag Booked, which can start an email automation. When someone cancels, the booking is taken off again, and a new time moves it.
The match is exact, because Cal.com sends back the tags Postfjord put on the link. In a class with seats, each person who takes a seat counts as one booking.
Connect in three steps
- In Cal.com, open Settings, Developer, API keys.
- Press New, call it Postfjord, choose Never expires and copy the key.
- In Postfjord, open Settings, Apps, Cal.com, paste the key and press Connect.
What moves where
- From Cal.com to Postfjord: each new booking, cancellation and new time, with the event's name, the time and the tags on the link.
- From Postfjord to Cal.com: one webhook, added when you connect and removed when you disconnect.
- The name and email in a booking are used to find the contact and then thrown away. The key is stored encrypted.

Which Cal.com plan do I need?
Any plan works, the free one too, on cal.com and on cal.eu.
Does it work with self-hosted Cal.com?
A self-hosted Cal.com can send bookings to your own Postfjord address with a webhook. Write to us for the details. Those bookings count in the month's total and tag the person by their email address. A class with seats counts once that way.
Does Postfjord see my whole client list?
No. Postfjord only hears about bookings made after you connect, and keeps the event's name and time of each.
