Meet Bo, your assistant in Postfjord

What Bo can read and write, why it never sends anything without your yes, and three things to ask it on day one.

Bo is a chat with your workspace. You say what you want, Bo reads what it needs, and it writes drafts. It knows your channels, your brand voice, the calendar, your automations and your latest numbers.

What Bo can do

Ask it the way you would ask a colleague:

• "Write two posts from my open ideas for Thursday and Saturday."
• "What failed in the queue this week, and what do I do about it?"
• "Which post did best last month, and why do you think it worked?"

Bo answers in the language you write to it in. The posts it drafts come out in the language set in your brand voice.

Nothing goes out without a yes

Bo can prepare anything and send nothing. When you ask it to schedule, publish, reply to someone or switch an automation on, you get a card with the exact words, time and channels, and one button. Nothing happens until you press it. That rule has no off switch.

Let it work while you sleep

A routine is a question Bo answers on a schedule. Open Routines beside the chat, press Add a routine, write it the way you would say it and pick when. "Every Monday at 8: look at the week ahead and write two drafts from my open ideas." Tick Email the answer to me and it lands in your inbox too. A routine writes drafts, never sends.

How you know it worked

Ask Bo one of the three questions above. You get an answer about your own workspace, not a general tip. Ask it to schedule one of its drafts and you see the card with the Approve button.
