One idea, several posts
Most of your followers did not see your last post. Posting the same idea again, in another shape, gives it a second chance to be seen.
One idea, four shapes
Take one idea that worked, for example "the stretch students ask about most". It can become:
- A carousel: the stretch in four steps, one per image. Easy to save and come back to.
- A short video: you showing it in 30 seconds, with the steps as text on screen for people watching without sound.
- A quick text post: one line about why desk workers feel stiff and a question. Suits Threads.
- A longer post: what you learned from teaching it to 200 beginners. Suits LinkedIn and Facebook.
A bakery can do the same with "how we make sourdough": a video of the dough, a carousel of the three days, a one-line post asking what bread people want next. A coach with "how I set my prices": a list post, a story with a poll, a longer post about the mistake that taught it.
Space them out
Put the shapes of one idea one or two weeks apart. Someone who saw the carousel may save the video. Someone who missed both sees the text post. Your month of twelve posts can come from four or five strong ideas.
Let the channels do the rewriting
In Postfjord, you write one base text and the composer adapts it per channel:
- Pick the channels for the post and write or generate the base text.
- Open a channel's tab and write a variant only where the channel needs one. The others use the base text.
- Ask Claude to rewrite the base text for that channel, to shorten it, or to suggest hashtags.
When you generate from a brief with several channels selected, you get one version per channel from the start. Each tab shows a preview and warns you when the text is too long or the picture does not fit.
To reuse a post you already published as the start of a new one, open Posts and press Duplicate. The copy is a new draft you can change and schedule.
