Put the month in the calendar
You have pillars, a rhythm and a batch of drafts. The last step is to give each draft a day and a time, so the month runs while you work.
Place the batch
- Open the Calendar in month view to see the four weeks at once.
- Open each draft and give it the day and time from your rhythm in lesson 2. Match the pillar to the day: Tuesday's tip goes on a Tuesday.
- Switch to week view to check the times. Press + next to a day to start a post on it. It starts at 9:00; change the time in the composer.
Leave the free slot from lesson 2 empty. It is for the things you cannot plan.
Fill a thin week
If next week has a gap, press Plan next week. Postfjord proposes posts for the coming week from your brand voice, your content pillars, your open ideas and what has worked before. Edit the text or the time, press Approve or Skip on each, then press Apply. The button counts what you approved, like Apply 3 approved, and those posts land in the calendar. If you do not like the week, Discard plan throws it away and nothing is created.
When plans change
A class is cancelled, a product sells out. Drag a scheduled post to another day in the calendar and it keeps its time. To change the time, open it. To stop a post from going out, open it and press Cancel schedule: it moves to Drafts in Posts, marked Cancelled, and you can schedule it again.
A reminder for next month
Put next month's hour in your own calendar now. You can also ask Bo to prepare it: open Routines beside the chat, press Add a routine, choose once a month and write "Look at last month's posts, tell me which pillar did best and write three drafts from my open ideas." A routine writes drafts and never publishes.
How you know it worked
The month view shows posts on your rhythm days for the next four weeks, each with a time, and one free slot a week. Next month, the hour starts from your idea list, not from a blank page.

Drag the post to another day, or press Cancel schedule. Dragging moves it to another day at the same time. Cancel schedule keeps it under Drafts, marked Cancelled, to schedule again later.
