What it does
Everything an AI app can do in Postfjord, your own code can do too, over the REST API: read the calendar and results, write drafts, schedule posts and work on emails. The whole API is described in one public document, postfjord.com/openapi.json, which most tools can import.
It is included from the Solo plan, and only the workspace owner can make keys.
Connect in three steps
- In Postfjord, open Settings, Apps and open Advanced: make a key by hand.
- Give the key a name, pick what it may do, and copy it. It is shown once.
- Send it with every request as
Authorization: Bearerfollowed by the key, to the addresses in the OpenAPI document.
What moves where
- From Postfjord to your code: what the key's level allows it to read.
- From your code to Postfjord: drafts, and with the top level scheduled posts and emails.
- A key belongs to the owner who made it. If that person leaves the workspace, their keys stop working.
