What it does
Postfjord's own bot posts a short note in the Telegram group you pick when something needs a person: a DM nobody has taken, a comment no automation answered, a post that did not go out, a new signup, a sale or booking, or a channel that needs a Reconnect. Each note links to the right place in Postfjord, so the reply goes out from the right account.
There is no address to copy. You add the bot to a group with a link, and that is all.
Connect in three steps
- In Postfjord, open Settings, Apps, press the Telegram card and press Connect Telegram.
- Press the link Postfjord shows. Telegram opens.
- Pick the group and press Add. The bot posts a first note, and the card says Connected.
What moves where
- From Postfjord to Telegram: one short note per event, with your workspace's name and a link into Postfjord.
- From Telegram to Postfjord: only the start message from the link. The bot does not read what people write in the group.
- Names and email addresses stay out of the notes until you turn them on. The words of a DM or a comment are never sent.
FAQ
Can my team reply to a DM from Telegram?
No. The note links to the conversation in Postfjord, and the reply is written there.
The link stopped working. What now?
The link works once and for 30 minutes. Press Connect Telegram again for a new one.
How do I stop the notes?
Press Remove on the card, and the bot leaves the group. Removing the bot from the group in Telegram stops them too.
